Born 1946 in Seattle, to Mary and John Empolen. My dad was a retired Army Drill Sergeant and mom a homemaker. Married Delbert Williams in 1962, gave birth to four children who are Clifford Williams, Tracey Williams, Angela(Williams)Sego, the fourth child died in 1964. I have 15 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. I was a stay a homemaker until my kids entered school. I976 I worked as school bus driver. I began working in 1983 for the USPS, after my husband was disabled by kidney failure. I retired in 2007 after 24 years service, 22 years as a Postmaster. I went on short mission trips to Russia and spent time in Costa Rica and Columbia. I presently drive school busses, once again. I am a foster parent and have been sworn in as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate). I am involved in my church serving a low income neighborhood in Bremerton. Since my husband’s passing in 1998, I’ve earned my Private Pilot’s license, completed the 150mi. cycling event and completed my first marathon with two of my granddaughters. I made two trips to Washington D.C., driving 45 hrs. non-stop to the 9/12 TeaParty at DC, 6 of us returned for another TeaParty. Now I’m off to the SENATE.
